She was excellent at communicating before the big day, I would reach out to her for the littlest things, she would respond in a quick fashion and put my mind at ease with any questions I had. The day before my wedding, the venue fell through, and Erynn came through for me. We spoke on the phone and she asked me what I envisioned for the big day, and made many suggestions that suited my dream. Erynn's venue suggestion ended up being so much more beautiful than the original venue I chose.
